They then select their destination, after which they’ll be invited to pay the relevant booking & service fees within 7 days to complete the “activation” of their vacation.

The reason for the “7 days activation condition” is to encourage people to take action, rather than possibly put the Accommodation Voucher in a kitchen drawer & forget all about it (remember, the participating hotels WANT your customers to STAY!).
Our travel partner’s redemption rate is one of the highest in the accommodation industry because the 7 day activation expiration date provides a “sense of urgency” to activate & use it.
